March Madness Kickoff on March 4th

Wear your team jersey or colors and join us at We Rock the Spectrum Alpharetta sensory gym for a high-energy March Madness social afternoon! Through basketball-themed trivia, movement, and team challenges, participants will practice collaboration, communication, and real-life teamwork skills in a structured, inclusive environment.

Hoops & Skills: Mastering Dribble, Pass & Shoot on March 11th

Wear your team jersey or colors and join Social EdVentures at We Rock the Spectrum Alpharetta sensory gym for a basketball skills afternoon focused on movement, coordination, and confidence. Participants will strengthen eye-hand coordination, spatial awareness, teamwork, trust, and real-life social skills through structured dribbling, passing, and shooting activities in an inclusive, supportive environment.

GOAL Setting on March 18th

Join Social EdVentures at We Rock the Spectrum Alpharetta sensory gym for a hands-on goal setting experience designed to strengthen social confidence and independence. Each EdVenturer will set an individualized goal focused on social interaction, communication, or personal responsibility at their own level. Guided coaching and group discussions with adult facilitators will support participants as they share their goals with teammates and practice accountability in a structured, inclusive environment. Goal setting strengthens executive functioning, emotional regulation, problem-solving, and real-life social development skills.

Watch It Live & Free Throw Match-Up EdVenture on March 25th

Wear your team jersey or colors and join Social EdVentures at We Rock the Spectrum Alpharetta sensory gym for a game watch party with movement and teamwork built in! While watching sports may seem passive, this EdVenture turns it into an active social learning experience. Participants will practice conversation skills, emotional regulation, perspective-taking, and teamwork as they engage with peers during the live game. We’ll also host a fun free throw team match-up to build confidence, coordination, and collaboration in a structured, inclusive environment.

Bring your favorite tailgate-style snack to share with your “team.”

Meet us at Stars and Strikes in Cumming for a fun night of bowling! $50 includes bowling, shoes, pizza, and social coaching. Please let us know about dietary needs in advance. Waiver funding accepted for this event.

Bowling is a surprisingly great activity for developing both social and motor skills! This EdVenture promotes a fun, inclusive bowling outing where kids connect, build confidence, and enjoy teamwork in a supportive environment!
